Text message program

Snax Management, LLC sends text messages to tenants and people who contact us, about leases, rent, maintenance, building access and building updates.

• How you join: by ticking the text message box on our contact form, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to texts when you lease space with us. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of leasing or any purchase.
• How often: message frequency varies with your requests and your lease.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for our messages.
• Stop at any time: reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and no further texts unless you join again.
• Help: reply HELP or call (816) 844-6101.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
